How We Work with Clients

BCG in India works with clients in a variety of industries, including industrial goods, consumer goods, health care, financial services, technology, and communications—in the public and private sector—and with both local organizations and multinational corporations. We work closely with the government and nonprofit organizations on issues ranging from policy formulation to supporting implementation for change, and on initiatives that focus on food security, education, and children’s rights. Our work in India requires us to collaborate closely with our clients.

Our office also offers functional expertise in corporate development, business strategy, marketing and sales, and operational and organizational change. We have developed insights into the many factors that determine success in the Indian business environment, but at the same time, the team draws on BCG's worldwide staff, its depth of consulting capabilities, and its expertise.
