Chris Mattey is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice in Australia and New Zealand. He focuses primarily on the consumer and media sectors, specializing in digital transformation. Chris is also active in the Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Financial Institutions, and Technology Advantage practice areas.

Since joining BCG in 2003, Chris has worked on large-scale projects for a variety of digital and telecom providers. He has helped design competitive strategies and commercial policies, supported digital transformations, and facilitated the digital strategy for major news firms. Chris is passionate about the digital revolution, consistently representing BCG on this topic at a global level.

While at the firm, Chris has completed two year-long secondments -- one working as the Chief-of-Staff to the CEO of News Corp Australia and another reporting to the Director of New Media at the BBC in the UK.
