Cornelius Pieper is the global topic leader for Climate & Sustainability within Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice. He joined the firm in 2004.

Cornelius works with clients—both leading incumbents and fast-growing scale-ups—from many industries on projects involving sustainability, decarbonization, green growth, new technologies, and the transition to a low-carbon economy. He has served as part of the BCG delegation to COP26, COP27, and COP28, and is currently leading BCG's support for the First Movers Coalition.
