COVID-19 offered valuable lessons in combating epidemic-level disease. Four measures can help institutionalize what we’ve learned.
Abhishek recollects what one of his mentors at BCG once told him that has held true for him.
Governments need to look beyond traditional economic metrics like GDP to foster sustainable development and prepare for future crises. They can start by focusing on three priorities.
COVID-19 will likely become endemic. If so, a global surveillance, treatment and vaccination infrastructure for monitoring and responding to outbreaks must be developed now.
Four organizational imperatives will help governments meet constituents’ evolving needs.
