Franck Luisada is a core member of the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications and the Energy practices of Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Franck has worked with clients on strategy development, marketing and sales, customer experience excellence, and operational efficiency. His engagements have covered sectors such telecommunications and power and gas retail.

Franck’s experience has included developing customer-experience-excellence programs, channel strategy and efficiency, and portfolio simplification and large-scale transformation plans.

Prior to joining BCG, Franck was a manager in the Paris office of DiamondCluster International, and he worked for Gemini Telecom Media in Madrid and Paris.
