Val Elbert is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice at The Boston Consulting Group, and leads that practice’s global commercial topic in M&A strategy and post-merger integration. He works with leading telecom and technology companies on growth strategy in fixed and mobile telecommunications, deep operational improvements, organizational transformation and change management, and client enablement. Val is in charge of BCG’s relationship with a major telecommunications company. He has also worked with many BCG clients on commercial excellence in consumer products, including CRM, cross-sell, and digital.

Prior to joining the firm, Val headed the launches of several innovative products at Verizon Communications as a Director in the Product Design and Development Group. Val holds two patents for products he developed while at Verizon.
