为何现在关注多样性?

Unternehmen, denen es an Vielfalt mangelt, werden im Kampf um Talente zurückfallen. Unsere Untersuchungen zeigen, dass Unternehmen mit einem höheren Grad an Diversität engagiertere und ehrgeizigere Mitarbeiter haben, innovationsfreudiger sind und bessere Ergebnisse erzielen. Dennoch sind nur 5 Prozent der CEO-Positionen mit Frauen besetzt – eine Zahl, die seit Jahrzehnten weitgehend stagniert. Ein weiteres Ergebnis der BCG-Studie: Während 91 Prozent der von uns befragten Mitarbeiter sagen, dass ihr Unternehmen über ein Gender-Diversity-Programm verfügt, hatten nur 27 Prozent der Befragten den Eindruck, dass sie auch persönlich von einer Maßnahme zur Förderung der Vielfalt profitiert hätten.
