Aditya Khandelia is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice and the firm's Asia Pacific automotive leadership team. He is the India lead for BCG's Centre for Product Creation, and the India lead for circularity. He partners with boards, promoters, and CXOs of leading industrial and manufacturing companies on growth strategy, new business builds, partnerships, product development, and operational scale-up.
Aditya has experience across automotive and electric vehicles, the battery value chain, semiconductors and advanced electronics, and diversified industrial conglomerates. He has also worked extensively with a government agency on EV supply chain localization and EV financing.
In terms of semiconductors and advanced electronics, Aditya helps companies define market entry and growth strategy, identify and structure technology partnerships (including with Korean and Southeast Asian players), and execute end-to-end business builds, from market- and partner-shaping through asset build and commercial launch.
