A core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice, Akin Soysal is the Europe, Middle East, and South America (EMESA) lead for digital products in financial services. He is also a member of the global wealth leadership team and the BCG X leadership team. BCG X is the firm’s tech build and design unit.

Akin is a banking expert with particular focus on wealth management and digital investing. He regularly works with financial services clients and private equity funds to develop new digital propositions. He has advised many financial institutions on market entry, digital growth strategy, and build-up of digital attackers. He is a co-author of BCG’s annual Global Wealth Report.

Before joining the firm, Akin cofounded the startups Jobzippers and Pixelpublic.
