Andrey Berdichevskiy leads Boston Consulting Group’s Southeast Asia Center for Climate & Sustainability. He joined the firm in September 2022, bringing extensive experience working on sustainable mobility and energy transition. He has held leadership positions in transportation and urban mobility, and served as automotive community leader for the World Economic Forum.

For more than a decade, Andrey has worked on enabling electrified mobility across Asia (including Southeast Asia and Greater China), as well as North America and Europe—both on the vehicle and the infrastructure sides—helping to integrate transportation and energy industries in a climate-friendly way. He helped orchestrate the global declaration of 13 leading vehicle manufacturer and supplier CEOs to decarbonize automotive transport as input to the COP21 preceding the Paris Agreement.

While working for the World Economic Forum, Andrey collaborated closely with BCG on the Future of Urban and Autonomous Mobility initiative. Andrey is regularly invited to provide perspectives as speaker at events such as the World Economic Forum Business Roundtable, CES Asia, and the Mobile World Congress. He also serves as a mentor and judge for impact initiatives and has contributed to articles in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Nikkei Asia, and Business Times, among others.

Before joining BCG, Andrey worked at Monitor Deloitte, the World Economic Forum, Arthur D. Little, and Siemens AG.
