Badr Choufari joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012 as a visiting associate and became an associate in August 2013 in Paris. He is an expert in travel and tourism and economic development and a core member of the Public Sector and Social Impact at the firm.

Badr has worked on client engagements in more than ten countries, including France, Morocco, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Rwanda, with clients in the public and social sectors, health care, and travel and tourism. The main focus of his work has been strategy, marketing, and sales and organization.

Badr works with Middle East and African countries on social protection action and strategy plans, and investment acceleration and employment strategies. In addition, he supported a governmental agency in charge of developing a heritage and culture tourism destination in the GCC and assisted an airline operator with a sales and marketing boost program, among other travel and tourism engagements.

Before joining BCG, Badr was Fragrance Strategy analyst at International Flavors & Fragrances. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
