Leila Hoteit is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector and People & Organization practices and leads the firm’s education and human-capital-development work in the Middle East. She was named Businesswoman of the Year at the Arab Woman Awards in 2016.

Leila is a respected expert on the topic of human capital—including education and women’s economic empowerment—in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and broader Middle East region, as well as the author of numerous publications.

Before joining BCG in 2014, Leila was a partner at Booz.
