Takeshi Oikawa began his career with The Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo in 2011 and moved to Johannesburg in 2013. He has significant experience working with clients across Africa in various industries including consumer goods, agribusiness, oil & gasand public sector.Takeshi is also a core member of BCG Global Advantage practice and has actively supported Asian companies for their business in Africa.
Before he joined BCG, Takeshi worked for Japan's foreign aid agency for 11 years, where he specialized in social and economic development in Africa, including a three-year stay in East Africa.
