Culture of Continuous Improvement

Lean transformation is not just about cutting costs. It requires a culture shift that enables leadership, accountability, and consistency. Such a culture drives sustainable, continuous improvement.

Although well intentioned, lean initiatives can be a waste of time and money without a detailed plan for thorough training, incentives to reward changing behaviors at all levels of responsibility, and analytics to measure progress initially and over time. More importantly, change must come from the bottom up as well as from the top down.
