This report has been prepared by A Boston Consulting Group Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság in accordance with Act C of 2000 (Hungarian Accounting Act), as amended by Act XLV of 2022, and generally accepted accounting principles in Hungary, in HUF. The information in the report is prepared in accordance with the reporting instructions set out in Act XLV of 2022, which implements Directive (EU) 2021/2101 on the public disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches. The report covers the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and has been filed with the competent Court of Registration (Cégbíróság) and is published on the Company's website, where it will remain available for at least five years.
