Tobias Hofer is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Insurance and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He has advised leading financial institutions in Europe (especially Switzerland and Austria), North America, and Southeast Asia. He spent one year on the US East Coast as part of BCG’s Associate Abroad program.

Tobias’ work is wide-ranging and includes marketing and sales, corporate and business strategies, digital transformations, and mergers and acquisitions. He leads next-generation sales in insurance for the firm in Switzerland. Tobias is BCG Switzerland’s Recruiting Director, supervising all Swiss recruiting activities.
