Cesar Torres joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He leads the pricing team for financial institutions in North America. Cesar works primarily in revenue enhancing programs, with a focus on strategy, advanced analytics/AI, salesforce effectiveness, change management, pricing model innovation, and price realization/discipline.

He co-leads BCG’s SmartBanking.AI product and COBRA and TMetrics data assets for wholesale banking, and is a leading member of the firm’s relationship team with three North American banks. Prior to joining BCG, Cesar founded CET Consulting, an IT consulting firm based in Austin, TX, that specialized in large systems integration. His clients included three of the top five banks in Mexico.
