Kangwook Lee rejoined Boston Consulting Group in November 2019. He had previously worked for BCG from October 2010 to May 2016. He is a core member of the Consumer practice. Kangwook works with clients in retail and consumer goods industries, mostly in Korea, on issues related to digital transformation, new market entry, merchandising, sales effectiveness enhancement, vendor management, pricing strategy, operational excellence, and new business model development. His current focus is on omnichannel, data and analytics, and digital strategy.

Before rejoining BCG, Kangwook co-founded Tridge.com (a global B2B food trading platform) and also served as a President of Memebox (a global beauty brand startup).
