Kazunari Watanabe is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Transform, Operations, and Public Sector practices. He previously worked at trading, retail, and precision manufacturing companies.

Kazunari works on topics such as large-scale transformations, including business portfolio reforms, organizational and personnel reforms, and companywide cost reductions, for a wide range of domestic and international industries, including manufacturing, high-tech, retail, and transportation. He has served as CEO for client companies to spearhead the startup of implementation.

Prior to joining BCG, Kazunari worked at Seiko Instruments Inc. where he was a Chief Executive Vice President.
