Naoto Ono joined Boston Consulting Group in 2020. He is a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Consumer; and Tech & Digital Advantage practices.

Naoto has led numerous new business development and digital transformation (DX) projects across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, retail, and energy. He works closely with clients, supporting them from product/service planning and developing, to business operations.

Prior to joining BCG, Naoto worked at Mercari, Inc., Amazon Japan G.K., and NTT DOCOMO, Inc.
