Sirine Fodstad joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2022. She is a member of the firm's People & Organization practice (POP), with expertise across the wider people and HR agenda including strategy, change management, and culture; all processes along the employee lifecycle in HR; and delivering excellence in all support functions.

Sirine has more than 25 years of international experience in complex change journeys and transformations for entire organizations and public sector departments, from defining a purpose to implementing operational policies, procedures, and systems. She is a people agenda specialist with strategic and operational experience at all levels of the organization, including CEO. Her focus is on developing and implementing the right people strategy and initiatives to enable a successful delivery and operationalization of business strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Sirine worked in a mix of public/private sector organizations and management consultancies and lived in seven different countries. She has experience in family offices, the investment and financial industry, oil and gas, airlines, and various other roles in a wide range of industries.
