Vikash Jain is a senior leader in Boston Consulting Group’s global Technology practice and leads BCG’s tech and tech-enabled services work. He advises CEOs, boards, and investors on navigating the structural shifts reshaping the technology and services ecosystem.
With more than two decades of global experience, Vikash works at the intersection of technology, business model innovation, and large-scale transformation. He partners with technology services, software, SaaS, digital-native firms, and investors to drive growth, redesign operating models, and build next-generation capabilities in an era defined by AI, automation, and platform disruption.
Vikash’s work spans strategy and shareholder value creation, go-to-market reinvention, global delivery optimization, ecosystem partnerships, and performance transformation. He is particularly focused on how technology-enabled services are evolving and what this shift means for competitiveness, talent, and long-term value creation. He also advises financial sponsors and boards on investment theses, commercial diligence, and value creation across technology and tech-enabled businesses, bringing both buy- and sell-side perspectives along with working closely with large enterprise in redesigning their operating models to leverage global footprint of their own or partner capabilities.
Beyond his client work, Vikash is an active contributor to the broader technology ecosystem. He collaborates with industry bodies, engages with senior leaders across the sector, and co-authors research on the future of technology-enabled business models. Prior to joining BCG, Vikash was a Partner at Everest Group and a strategy consultant at Accenture. He began his career at ANZ in the foreign exchange markets.
