As a part of DigitalBCG, Platinion connects the firm’s diversified offerings of human-centered design, digital products, and data and digital platforms that enable clients to reimagine their digital transformations and realize them in an agile manner.

Lilin works with senior client leaders to accelerate their business model innovation to better serve their customers and thrive in the future, especially within business and technology transformations. She is committed to a startup mindset and takes pride in growing greenfield practices into sustainable businesses. Her team in China connects digital strategy, experience design, and technology enablement, with a strong focus on customer values. Prior to joining BCG, she led Publicis.Sapient (a global digital consultancy) in Greater China and was also an executive partner with IBM Global Business Services.
