Mazen Abdulbaki is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice, as well as the firm’s Green Buildings team and Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) team. Mazen is passionate about helping clients navigate decarbonization and new energies topics. He has worked on engagements in CCUS, green buildings, renewable energy, oil and gas decommissioning, and more.

In 2022-2023, Mazen was selected as a BCG Global Ambassador in the Oslo office. He has considerable international experience, having worked, over his career, on projects across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

Before joining BCG, Mazen worked at ExxonMobil for seven years in both Houston and the UAE, holding reservoir engineering and planning roles for major oil and LNG development projects.
