Michael Guo leads DigitalBCG in Greater China. He has extensive experience in a broad range of topics including strategy, M&A, operations, organization transformation, technology planning and transformation, and digital innovation.

Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 2006, Michael has developed long-term working relationships with leading global and local Chinese financial institutions and large corporations. His past projects in technology and digital include supporting a large Chinese conglomerate in its digital transformation, digital ecosystem building, and fintech strategy; developing the digital strategy for a large financial institution, including identifying opportunities in the SME segment and designing a core product portfolio; and leading over 15 large digital transformation programs. Michael has also worked with many global and local large corporations, banks, and insurers to develop overall strategy and business strategy, and to differentiate business models.

Before joining BCG, Michael was the global co-CEO of Capital Markets & Advisory at Willis Towers Watson.
