As Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Inclusion and Equity lead, Achsah “Renee” Coleman amplifies the firm's efforts to promote systemic change in equity and inclusion for marginalized groups, including DEI casework, thought leadership, and events.
Before joining the firm, Renee most recently served as a Talent and DEI Lead with Public Impact, an education management consulting firm based in Chapel Hill, NC. There, she led several strategies on internal diversity, inclusion, talent, and cultural initiatives.
