Paras Malik is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practice areas. She leads the Agile and Risk topics for BCG in North America, and has broad digital transformation experience across geographies.

Paras has consulted with leading financial institutions on digital transformation strategy, including operating model design and operational efficiency. She has led numerous agile and risk projects, helping clients redesign end-to-end processes, determine technology needs, and reimagine risk capabilities. She is on the board of the BCG Platinion Women’s Working Group and is a founding member of the DigitalWomenNYC initiative which brings together BCG women to foster thought partnership across digital topics. 

Prior to joining the firm, Paras was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Before that, she was a Senior Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Paras has also worked in the alternative investment space at Bridgewater Associates and at Liongate Capital Management in London
