Mei Lee has over 20 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital transformation, customer journey, digital analytics, performance media, and advertising in the US and Asia Pacific. She joined Boston Consulting Group in November 2021 and is a member of the Consumer practice in Singapore where she is active in the Women@BCG committee. Mei's current focus is the future of commerce and digital consumers in Asia.

Mei works with clients in fast-moving consumer goods, fashion retail, electronics, e-commerce, hospitality, wellness, food and beverages, advertising, and media/entertainment on topics including - e-commerce (marketplace, direct-to-consumer), digital marketing strategy, media effectiveness, user growth by acquisition and retention, CRM optimization and customer journey personalization, digital measurement, privacy readiness, and first-party data activation, adtech from business operating model to technology stack, ad product go-to-market strategy, and brand sales solutions.

Before joining the firm, Mei was Senior Vice President, Marketing, Lazada, Alibaba Group; Group Senior Vice President Digital, CRM, Ecommerce, COMO Group; VP Marketing Conde Nast; and Senior Director, ecommerce at J.Crew.
