Sam Ridesic is a senior member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. He has more than 25 years of experience advising CEOs, management teams, and boards on strategy development and execution. He has worked with clients around the world in a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer goods and retail. Sam led BCG's Consumer practice, the firm’s largest practice, in North America from 2013 to 2020. He is a former member of the North American management team. Sam leads several of BCG’s largest and most longstanding global relationships.

Prior to joining BCG in 1998, Sam was cofounder and manager of Advanced Dynamics, a nationally awarded entrepreneurial venture. He is also cofounder of The Exchange Brewery. He sits on the boards of Butterfield & Robinson, the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and the Niagara Foundation.
