Midas De Bondt is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. Since joining BCG in 2015, he has worked with telecommunications, fintech/tech, and IT services clients on a wide variety of strategic topics including corporate strategy, M&A and partnerships, network strategy, and organizational design.

In 2019-2020, Midas was as an Ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute researching macroeconomics and the impact of technology on business and society. During that time, he published many articles, including an article in the Harvard Business Review print edition on AI regulation. 

In addition to his client work, Midas leads BCG’s Beyond Leadership Network in Belgium and is a member of the Career Development Committee and the Career Services team in Belgium.
