Andrés Caicedo is one of the leaders of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice in Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean. He works with banks and insurers across the region to lead digital transformation programs, helping them evolve their strategy, operating models, and technology foundations.
Andrés's experience spans digital transformation, operating model and organizational redesign, core banking modernization, IT sourcing, agile at scale, cloud strategy, and embedded insurance models. He helps clients evolve how they operate, serve their customers, and organize within broader efforts to reshape strategy and reimagine products and services.
Prior to joining BCG, he spent eight years at Advantis Consulting (now Oval) advising leading financial institutions across Latin America.
