BCGでは、当社の価値観や責任ある事業慣行に反する疑いのある行為を未然に防止する、または早期に把握するための継続的な取り組みの一環として、コンプライアンスに関するご相談・報告窓口「スピークアップライン」を設けています。従業員、クライアント、サプライヤー、その他すべての第三者の皆様が、法令やBCGの経営方針・バリューに違反する疑いのある行為についてご連絡いただける仕組みです。寄せられた内容は、機密性を担保したうえで確認および調査を行います。必要に応じて、適切な外部機関へ情報を共有する場合もございます。ご相談・報告は匿名で行うことも可能です。
