Our Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct encapsulates BCG’s commitment to acting responsibly, backed by individual integrity and professional conduct. It outlines our expectations for behavior to all employees and others working on our behalf, and serves as a bridge between our purpose, our values, and our global processes and policies. It is intended to foster integrity and inform decision making while aligning our actions with expected standards of professional conduct.

AI for Social Impact
BCG is committing $500 million by 2030 to help unlock the power of AI for social impact, enabling leading organizations to achieve greater outcomes in areas such as education, workforce development, healthcare, and poverty reduction. Through strategic partnerships, including an initial collaboration with Anthropic, BCG will combine frontier AI capabilities with deep sector expertise to help scale solutions that can improve millions of lives.

BCGでは、当社の価値観や責任ある事業慣行に反する疑いのある行為を未然に防止する、または早期に把握するための継続的な取り組みの一環として、コンプライアンスに関するご相談・報告窓口「スピークアップライン」を設けています。従業員、クライアント、サプライヤー、その他すべての第三者の皆様が、法令やBCGの経営方針・バリューに違反する疑いのある行為についてご連絡いただける仕組みです。寄せられた内容は、機密性を担保したうえで確認および調査を行います。必要に応じて、適切な外部機関へ情報を共有する場合もございます。ご相談・報告は匿名で行うことも可能です。
