Christian Greiser is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach with Boston Consulting Group, where he was previously a managing director and senior partner, and global leader for the Operations practice. Christian’s coaching is grounded in proven techniques and informed by the latest research, ranging from cognitive methodologies to positive psychology. His recent assignments focused on agile leadership, new ways of working, collective intelligence, and leadership team peak performance.

Prior to joining BCG, Christian spent seven years with Mannesmann AG, where he held positions as Project Director and Product Manager. He is an investor and advisory board member of two startups in the AI and sustainability space. Christian is certified with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (McLean/Harvard Medical School). He has been featured in Knowledge@Wharton and Forbes. He is author of the book “Remove, Replace, Restart – the Essential Maintenance Manual for your Engine for Success” (GABAL).
