Christopher Detzel joined Boston Consulting Group’s Vienna Office in 2011 and transferred to Washington in 2014. He leads the Service Operations and Field Services topics for BCG in North America and is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Energy practices. Chris is also the Digital Node for the DC office. 

In his recent projects, Chris has worked on various services-related transformations, including the transformation of a tech client's North America field organization using lean diagnostics, development of a new operating model, piloting of the approach, and preparing for implementation. He also led a field force target operating model definition for a leading North American cable company, and the future operating model development, and definition of efficiency opportunity for the field engineering group of a UK utility. 

In addition, Chris has worked with a client services provider on defining and implementing opportunities around scheduling, transportation, and services delivery.
