François Pousse joined Boston Consulting Group in March 2025. He advises financial institutions on issues including business strategy, digital transformation, compliance, and risk.
Before joining BCG, François worked for 13 years for Group Société Générale, a Tier 1 European Bank. From 2020 to 2024, he was Deputy CEO of Société Générale Ghana, driving commercial teams across retail and corporate banking segments. Before 2020, François was part of the leadership team of SG Inspection Générale Department, a group of 100 high-potential staff conducting transversal and strategic audits at group CEO level.
