Ghita Jalal joined BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit, in October 2022. She has over ten years of experience in design research, human-centered design, and strategic innovation, in the fields of energy, education, financial services, and health care. She leads the design chapter of BCG's tech hub in Casablanca.
Ghita works with clients on digital transformations to AI-based organizations, while building innovative products and business solutions. She focuses on building design teams that bring value and impact at a strategic level.
