Harish Hemmige joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He is a core group member of the firm’s Operations; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and Consumer practices. He has substantial experience working with global clients across procurement-related topics and on fundamental strategic challenges. He is also a global expert on marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Harish has helped some of the world's largest media buyers drive more than $350 million in marketing efficiency—funds that have been redeployed toward bigger media buys to fund growth or improve overall profitability. He has expertise in agency spending, marketing processes, organization design, and head count reduction.

Harish also has extensive experience in topics such as using consumer insight to identify market opportunities for growth, building more-tactical sales forces, developing ten-year market prioritization plans, and generating business portfolio strategies.

Harish is an integral part of BCG's Operations Center in Chicago, one of ten global operations centers serving as hubs for operations support that is comprehensive and tailored for long-term success.

Before joining BCG, Harish worked in investment banking and at Fortune 500 companies.
