Szabolcs Szalay is a core member of the Technology Advantage practice at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Szabolcs has focused his work on advising clients in the financial services sector. He has acquired a deep understanding of banking operations and IT systems.

In his work with leading banks across Europe, he has designed and supported the implementation of large-scale transformation projects and fostered business-IT collaboration.

Prior to joining BCG, Szabolcs worked for 15 years in banking, investment management, and management consulting in Hungary and CEE.
