Patrick Sykes is Boston Consulting Group's North America lead for M&A. As a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices, he offers a unique perspective at the intersection of these disciplines, bringing clarity and strategic vision to clients’ most critical decisions.
Drawing on his comprehensive expertise in M&A and strategy, Patrick specializes in industrial goods, working with both financial sponsors and corporate acquirers. His client base consists mostly of engineered products businesses, but his experience spans the broader industrials and services landscape. In his recent M&A work, Patrick has led both buy- and sell-side support for over $50 billion in transacted enterprise value.
Before joining the firm, Patrick worked at Capital One in the US and UK.
