Adina Symreng joined Boston Consulting Group in September 2020. She is a core member of both the Health Care and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices at the firm.

She is an expert in health care strategy, large-scale transformations, and health tech, and leads BCG’s work with payers and providers in the Nordics. Adina originally joined BCG in 2013. She left to serve global medtech company Elekta in 2018, most recently as global Head of Corporate Strategy, before returning to BCG in 2020.

As a member of the Health Care practice, Adina has worked in all aspects of health care including biopharma, medtech, health care payers and providers, life science tools, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), and investors, across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. She has had more than ten papers published in peer reviewed scientific journals.
