Aisha Taylor enables industrial companies to realize the value of AI and enterprise transformations by reshaping how their organizations operate and how their people work. She is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization and Industrial Goods practices, with responsibility for the firm’s people and organization work for industrial clients in North America.

Aisha translates business and AI strategies into the operating models, workforce capabilities, roles, and ways of working required to deliver results. She has particular expertise in organization and process design, workforce enablement, and change management across frontline and corporate workforces.

She leads transformations spanning operating model redesign, talent and skills strategy, workforce adoption, and capability building. Her thought leadership explores how organizations can sustain change and realize lasting value by equipping people to work differently.

Aisha is deeply committed to expanding opportunity in Chicago. As the Chicago lead for Black@BCG, and through her citywide mentorship and support for emerging professionals and minority-owned businesses, she works to broaden access to successful careers and economic mobility. Before joining BCG, she worked at Bain Capital and EY.
