Albane de Vauplane joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2015. She is a member of the firm's Financial Services practice working primarily with payments players, notably on growth and transaction topics, including go-to-market and pricing strategy, merchant services, and prepaid services and benefits.
Since joining BCG in 2015, Albane has conducted multiple due diligences. In addition, she has served as strategic support during integration integration/pre-integration, and has supported clients in consolidation of project portfolios and applicative landscapes, definition of target operating model, next-gen sales, marketing effectiveness assessment, and pricing effectiveness and churn reduction.
