Alessio Bonucci

Alessio Bonucci joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2016. He is an expert in the aerospace and defense sector with a focus on the space industry. Alessio has led over 30 space projects, working along the entire value chain from upstream applications, such as launchers and satellite manufacturing, to downstream solutions across the different domains, including satellite communications and earth observation.

Alessio has supported legacy and emerging OEMs, as well as public institutions and private investors. He has experience in strategy design, industrial plans, and designing new business lines. In his recent engagements, he has performed multiple due diligences in the space domain, mapped the defense evolution and implications for a major international space agency, defined the 2040 strategy for a key legacy player in the space industry, and designed the countrywide space strategy for a G20 country.
