Aman Chawla

Aman Chawla is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Transform practice and BCG Vantage, the firm's unit aiming to provide valuable expertise and insights, build larger and more differentiated data assets, and innovate next-gen AI-enabled tools. He is currently focused on developing and deploying AI agents to different steps in the transformation lifecycle.

Aman has over 13 years of consulting and industry experience. He focuses on large-scale transformations, including transformation office setup, program management, change management, and integrated tracking. He helped build the Vantage team in Asia Pacific, and advises clients and case teams on AI-enabled transformation.

Before joining the firm, Aman spent nine years with Bain & Company as a Transformation & Change Lead. Before that, he worked at EY as a risk analyst and at ACC Cements as Deputy Manager, Maintenance.
