Amir Alsbih is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Tech & Digital Advantage practice. He advises boards and senior executives on redesigning technology landscapes for a world of increasing geopolitical, regulatory, and technological fragmentation. His work focuses on delivering measurable economic impact while ensuring critical digital infrastructure remains operational under stress.

Amir specializes in large-scale IT cost transformation, sovereign and multi-cloud architectures, and production-scale AI in regulated environments, designed to operate reliably at enterprise scale. His programs have delivered nine figure IT cost savings and AI architectures with enforced quality gates: real latency constraints, deterministic behavior under load, and security requirements that survive contact with production. He supports organizations in building vendor-independent platforms, managing systemic technology risk, and preparing for scenarios such as geopolitical disruption and regulatory divergence.

Before joining BCG in 2019, Amir served as CEO of KeyIdentity, where he led the business through rapid growth, increasing revenues by 300% within two years through SaaS transformation and enterprise market entry. Previously, as CISO and Head of Internal Audit at Haufe Group, he built enterprise-wide cyber capabilities from the ground up, introduced secure software development practices across large engineering organizations, and led technical due diligence across multiple M&A transactions. He regularly engages with boards and executive audiences on scaling AI beyond the pilot, cloud transformation, and operational resilience.
