Andreas Keller

A core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations practice, Andreas Keller joined the firm in 2016 and leads the Asia-Pacific operations agenda for financial institutions. He supports major banks, insurers, and super funds on large-scale operating model and end-to-end process transformations in highly regulated environments, improving customer outcomes while lifting productivity, strengthening controls, and building operational resilience.

Andreas brings extensive experience in front-to-back journey redesign, process simplification and digitization, automation, and AI-enabled operations (including agentic workflows), agile delivery, and sustainable cost optimization. He is focused on helping clients deliver measurable improvements in service performance and efficiency while embedding governance, risk, and compliance requirements by design.

Before joining BCG, Andreas was Vice President, Mobile App Development at Deutsche Bank, where he led digital innovations across online and mobile banking. He is also passionate about climate and sustainability, particularly where it intersects with financial services operations and risk.
