Andrew Arcuri is a member of the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group. He is head of the firm’s Technology Advantage practice area in Australia and New Zealand. Andrew has led or worked on a large number of projects involving digital transformations, technology transformations, and technology strategy. He has helped clients establish sophisticated industry partnerships to deliver new digital businesses and digital transformations in the private sector (including in financial services, mining, and telecommunications), and in the public sector, (including national security, immigration, defense, and social services).

Andrew heads BCG’s Immigration, Visa, and Citizenship industry topic, and has led recent digital transformation engagements for Australia’s Department of Home Affairs, and its predecessor, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. He has worked with a number of other agencies, including the Australian Department of Defence, the Department of Human Services, and Australia’s National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Andrew also leads the firm’s Next Generation Technology Function business across Asia Pacific, and, as such, is responsible for helping clients and their CIO’s transform their technology functions to better meet the demands of ambitious digital transformation across all industries.

Prior to joining BCG in 2007, Andrew was the Managing Director of EDU Technology Solutions, a managed technology services provider for education and ecommerce solution developer and vendor.
