Anne-Marie Badache is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Climate & Sustainability practices. She is the global lead for green buildings for the firm and leads the building technology work in the Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA) region. Anne-Marie works with clients in the building technology, construction, machinery and industrial automation, and real estate space, and specializes in strategic and go-to-market topics, including digital transformations, large-scale change programs, growth strategies, and go-to-market transformations.

Anne-Marie helps clients unlock growth through clear strategic direction-setting, implementation of new (green) business models, large-scale transformations, and redefinition of go-to-market setups including next-gen sales. It is Anne-Marie’s mission to help realize lasting impact for her clients while enabling them to continue doing so after the engagement is completed.
