Archit Batra is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice. He works with global consumer companies to unlock value across end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement transformation, manufacturing cost reduction, complexity management, and network design.
With over 15 years of experience across consumer goods, Archit has led large-scale operational turnarounds, built transformation offices, and delivered programs that drive growth, efficiency, and resilience. His case work focuses on executing change at scale—reshaping operating models, driving cost transformation, and building operations capabilities that sustain competitive advantage.
Archit's recent work includes standing up multibillion-dollar cost transformation programs spanning procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain; redesigning operating models for global operations functions; and leading end-to-end complexity reduction across multi-regional portfolios.
He increasingly focuses on how AI and digital can accelerate operational transformation.
Prior to coming to BCG, Archit worked at Kearney and PepsiCo specializing in operations transformations and hands-on operator roles respectively.
