Aslı Kurbay leads Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice and the BCG Transform practice in Turkey and the Caspian region. She is also the leader of Global Advantage practice in the Eastern Mediterranean and Caspian region.
Aslı has more than 20 years of work experience in management consulting, private equity, real estate, and venture capital. Since joining BCG in 2011, she has led projects on strategy, large scale change, and implementation; especially in retail, fashion, and fast-moving consumer goods. She specializes in multi-year transformation projects that address holistic company performance with implementation support. She is an active member of BCG’s Center for Consumer Insight working group in the region to understand the consumer behaviors and trends shaping industries and economies.
Prior to joining BCG, Asli worked for Unicorn Capital, Fiba Capital, and McKinsey, serving Turkey, the Middle East, and Russia.
